Radiant Health

What creates radiant health? What makes the eyes and skin glow? How do we cultivate the feeling of joy and peace and love that shines from our innermost being?

A special workshop is being held at Garland Yoga exploring many aspects of Radiant Health. If you have an interest in exploring how highly nutritious food can be easily prepared and incorporated into your diet, techniques to release stress and cultivate joy, and how creating a beautiful environment supports radiant health, join us for a heartfelt afternoon that will give you a new perspective on how to create abundant health!

All Garland Yoga classes are taught with a profound respect for the integrity of each posture, ensuring accuracy and the deepest possible benefits to your body, mind, and spirit.
Classes are taught at a pace that aligns with the current level and ability of each student, thereby respecting their bodies and individual needs.
Yoga props such as blocks, belts, chairs, and blankets ensure that the postures are accessible to all students of every age and physical ability.
Yoga provides a new sense of liberation in your body, as you gain flexibility in your hamstrings, hips, and shoulders, as well as a renewed overall strength and vitality in your entire body.
Yoga connects you to your breath, giving you greater lung capacity and assisting in the release of chronic stress and tension. In this way you will be given the opportunity to explore the radiance of your own body and life.
Meditation is a heart-centered practice and is taught in a manner that makes it accessible for everyone, regardless of life style. Simple mediation techniques will provide the tools to slow down and center the mind, providing a sense of calm joyfulness.
Classes are taught by Judy Weiss (Ma Deva Kalpana) owner of Garland Yoga. She is certified through the College of Purna Yoga. Judy has been teaching for over 15 years, and has been a student of yoga for over 20 years. Purna Yoga is a synthesis of alignment based yoga (B.K.S. Iyengar method), breathing practices, meditation, philosophy and nutritional awareness.

Judy is a certified Reiki Master, loves the art and beauty of aromatherapy, flower essences and herbology.
